We wanted to share our COVID-19 Ops Plan for Winter 20/21.
YES….We are running this season and our trips start this Friday for Opening Day at Arizona Snowbowl and will run Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for the first few weeks of the season, then we will expand our schedule.
More importantly, we wanted to share the safety protocols we are taking to stop the spread of COVID-19. This season will look much different than those of the past, but with your support, we feel it will be a be a successful one. The 3 major changes this year are: masks are required while onboard the bus with no exceptions, reduced seating capacity onboard, and assigned seats.
The check-in process will be noticeably different and we ask that riders wear a mask and allow 6-10 feet of space between guests while waiting to board the bus. During check-in, we will be assisting one guest at a time and riders will not be permitted to load any equipment or bags on the bus until they have completed the check-in process. All of our riders will be required to answer a series of health questions and take a no-touch temperature check before loading their equipment and boarding the bus. Once you have completed check in, each of our guests will receive a DSC Comfort Kit which includes:

• A disposable mask (child sizes for our little burners)
• Hand sanitzer
• 2 bottles of water
• A lanyard courtesy of Lacuna Kava Bar in Phoenix
During both legs of the trip we ask that riders stay seated in assigned seats, with masks on to ensure the safety of all our riders. As always, the restroom will be available to those onboard and we ask that riders make every effort to avoid lines or groups in a single area.
Once the bus arrives at the ski area, riders are required to stay seated unless they have a season pass and do not purchase a lift ticket package. The captain will hand out tickets to those who purchased lift ticket packages and at that time riders are free to unload and enjoy their day. The bus will reopen at 3:45PM for boarding and depart at 4:30PM
Thank you to all of our riders for their continued support and for respecting the health and safety of our ridership as a whole. We look forward to an amazing season with you all.
Let’s Ride!
